Featuring the advanced, high-speed ASA TM1-12 supercharger unit which
combines the efficiency of a turbocharger with the drivability and
smoothness of a supercharger. This is the only high-speed, turbo
impeller supercharger unit on the market combining a durable,
synchronized gear transmission with a innovative clutch system that
completely disengages the supercharger unit below 1000RPM for 100%
silent idle operation. This feature also improves idle and low speed
cruising emissions and fuel consumption. As this unit is based on
mechanical gears it does not suffer from the reliability issues that most
other high-speed, ball-geared supercharger units are haunted by, it also
removes the necessity for external supercharger oil cooling which
reduces weight and installation time/complexity as well as providing a
cleaner looking engine room.
The supercharger system is equipped with a high capacity front mount
intercooler system with mandrel bent, 304 grade stainless steel tubing
for superior discharge temperature reduction and optimal power
development under all conditions. The redesigned ESS MS45 engine
control software is perfectly calibrated for the supercharged engine
providing optimum ignition timing under all conditions, recalibrated EGas
for quicker throttle response, recalibrated VANOS control and perfectly
optimized fuel delivery supplied by 6 larger Bosch injection valves
included with the kit.
Power development is 100% smooth and the car behaves just like stock
until you demand power, then the car completely transform providing
brutal acceleration normally reserved for pure performance cars. The
system provides impressive torque normally not seen in centrifugal
supercharger systems and it combines this with awesome top-end power.
The system maintains all OBD-II functions and it is backed by a
