Oliver, einn af þeim sem vann í RNGTOY, er búinn að þróa með félaga sínum helvíti flott display fyrir E30 -
held að fyrsta útgáfan sé bara fyrir þá sem eru með S54 eða S62 swöpp (Einar.... )

"Hello,

as here are meanwhile a lot of S54 or S62 engine swappers I want to show you guys a nice part.

I developed this together with a friend. This displays shows you informations from the DME which will be read via Bus... wiring is so very easy...!
Sorry, this one only works with the stock DME (also with the reprogrammed ones *g*).

The displays fits the left vent in the center console of the dashboard, the same as the Alpina instruments uses....

Here are some pictures, the language is in german, but easy to understand:


G-meter (built-in G-force sensor and GPS sensor); voltage and oiltemperature




coolant temperature, oil temperature and intake air temperature



exhaust temperature, coolant temperature and throttle angle



voltage of front lambda sensors



rear (after kat) lambda sensors in volt


This display can be upgraded with an external box which will read the following things (via sensors which will be provided including the harness):
- oil pressure
- fuel pressure
- gearbox temperature
- differential temperature

I do not have pictures of these, but they look the same as above... (2 values on one page.

The display is a touch screen. The switching between the pages is done by touching the display...

The brighness can be adjusted in the settings...

thank you! Nice one with a lot more functions than the Alpina one... and at least available

I can make the contact as the seller is a friend...

The price is 600 Euros for the basic display (showing the shown pages with the aluminium housing; perfect fitment in the left vent at the center of the dashboard) including small harness and instructions for the install (very easy!!!).

The optional extension box costs 300 Euro including harness and all sensors/adapters needed for installation... (and also instrcutions)...

I can give support as the sellers english is not really good
