Ekki ríkið sem slíkt. Þjóðin er samt að tapa á því vs. ef við t.d. notuðum innlenda orkugjafa. Þetta eru peningar sem fara út úr landinu og í staðin fáum við bara bensín sem að "fuðrar upp" -- það er ekki að gera neitt til að bæta lífsgæðin í landinu þannig séð að við kaupum glás af olíu.
