BMW M5 3.5 DTM - PRODUCTION
This is the former car of BMW France for the 1986 French championship. In excellent original condition
and never raced since its purchase from BMW France. It will be delivered with 8 rims, 2 differentials,
various body parts, side skirts, plus some minor bits. Technical specifications are M1 dry sump engine
showing 420 bhp @ 8200 rpm. Getrag 5 speed transmission with 90% limited slip differential.
330 mm 4 pots brake callipers on all wheels. The owner also has a complete 1985 M5 shell he would
consider selling and a lot of valuable parts in the event you want to create a complete team with 2 cars,
but this would need to be negotiated with the owner. The car is well documented and comes with its
original BMW France invoice. Available in northern France. Complete history can be found fall all races
in the French magazine "Echappement". We also have for sale (from another provenance) one of the
original 420hp Pipo engines, which were used in these cars.
