All the mounting hardware from the basic ESS kit is included.
It will on a standard 540 with a sport exhaust system give you about 450-500 HP depending on boost level, fuel quality, mapping, cat-types, etc…
I run it about 10 psi, with the 98 octan whe have here it works perfectly – but I have a set of different pulleys that can give you 6,8,10,13 psi (estimates) – the are included of course,
Observe - The intercooler does NOT fit under a standard front, some modifications needed (see pictures on my site), I use a slightly modified Rieger front.
And you need to MAP your car with the hardware, my map is not applicable since I have ie. Different cams so it will not be of any use for your car.
ESS can probably help out, but the best way is to have a local tuner that can set your car up after your exact conditions.
The car is currently Alutech for removing the kit, and I will have it ready for delivery sometime in January,
