Well you can't keep letting it go on like this. As difficult as it may seem (and I know it will be) you need to confront him and seriously get him some professional help.

I wanna encourage you to encourage your son to take a 30 day course(maybe after you confront him... gulp) it's some sort of purity challenge for teens. I highly recommend it. It really helps me in my struggle with sexuality and I'm one step closer everyday to my salvation. It has given me a lot of understanding on what God created sex for:

if you're still not convinced, you might wanna read the testimonies. and don't worry if you think your son doesn't understand, there will be a mentor and guide him during the course... but then, it also depends whether your son wants to be saved or not.
