Well, I started a discussion with a friend of mine who is all about japanese cars (nissan). It was basically how alot of japanese styling comes from euro styling.
this is the picture that sparked it.
I stated that I loved the wheels, and they fit the car perfectly (imo)
he said they didnt, and that they are "vip" wheels and would look better on a 240 vip style, or other vip styled japanese cars.
this lead us to streched tires. He said it was j-landish, I said it was euro. I know I am right here, because streched tires came from germany (tread has to be in the wheel well) as far as I know.
basically, I said that the his scene is starting to borrow more and more from euro styling (such as clears instead of ambers).
Am I out of my mind here? or is he in denial?
