"For the record, the photo shows the 5000th E30 M3 to roll off the production line in Munich back in early 1987, this allowed it to be homologated into Group A. Factory BMW touring car drivers present to witness the event were Marc Hessel, with Roberto Ravaglia and Annette Meeuvissen on the opposite side of the car."
