Sjötti gírinn er náttúrulega bara "economy" gír, hann nær ekki hámarkshraða í sjötta gírnum hef ég heyrt.

Alveg rétt, þeir ná hámarkshraða í 5 gír í 6 gíra kössunum. Síðan eru 3.8L bílarnir með 6 gíra kössum þyngri en hinir. Fer eftir búnaði hversu miklu munar, t.d ef menn eru með rafstýrið sæti og svoleiðis.
